I second this idea.
My perception is that people don't realize when a manufacturer comes out with a completely revamped vehicle, usually the first run is going to have a good amount of issues. I get it, plunking down $40 to $60k for a new vehicle and having issues is frustrating but that's...
Hey Vader, I've been talking with my tuner who's extremely knowledgeable about Ram trucks, he fixed the crappy tune in my 2500....anywhoos we were talking last night about resetting my TPS pressures in the computer and fixing my speedo calibration. Said that the way Ram set the trucks up that...
#1 dealers are complete babbling idiots when it comes to modding our Rebels. #1 the manufacturers are just as incompetent when you mention "Rebel". As long as you don't go over the 3.5" your aok. If you wanna lean to the caution side go get a set of front Bilstein struts out of a 17 1500 4x4...
If your worried about voiding your warranty then get all your parts from a dealer and have them installed by their service department. Be prepared to pay dealership inflated prices on the parts and shop labor rates.
If you got the OCD like me, I used my tap and die set to clean off the threads. Pitch was 8x1.25. Wouldn't be a bad idea to get going on it now while your waiting.
I've always liked the ADD product line and me and the wifey decided this truck was going to get a set of their bad **** bumpers. When ADD needed a guinea pig to do r&d for the new Rams, specifically the Rebel and them being based here in Phoenix, I jumped on the opportunity.
Today I got a...
I've posted my horror story on here with my 17 Cummings. I still have faith in FCA enough to buy the new Ram instead of going back and getting a new Tundra. As I hope for all the people on here with problems that you get some resolution and have a problem free truck going forward. I've been...
For the AMP ones? I've installed 2 sets on the 2500 and Tundra. Based on being under my truck, you'd mount the bases to the studs under the truck, mount the board to the area then hook up motor. Run wire from motor to OBD2 port and repeat for pass side except youd hook the wire into and...
Rebel on left. See the circlip is up way higher than the Laramie on the right? That circlip position is where the bottom of the spring perch snuggles up to. That right thar is your 1" on a Rebel or off road package. I spent a good hour and a half crawling under new Ram trucks at my buddy's...
I saw those warnings...i spent a good 10 days figuring out the difference between a Rebel and a regular 1500. After I compiled all my info, I un-Rebeled the Rebel front suspension so it's exactly the same as any "normal" '19 1500 4x4. I'm not as dumb as I appear.
