I'm gonna measure the 17 struts and see where I'm at as far as height wise. I'll build one of the OEM struts and see what the measurement on that is. Then going to change the configurations with both struts with and without the preload spacer to see which one is going to get me that missing...
I gotta find that inch of lift I lost when I swapped over to the OEM struts. I'm at 1 3/4 lower in the front after putting the spare tire and OBA in the back of the truck.
Crazy thought.....time to hit up your local "on your side" news station? I think its definitely be something that'd not only peak the stations interest but the general public too.
That does occur but shouldnt happen at a name brand CDJR dealer. Me? I'd be calling corporate and raising holy hell especially since you paid cash and no lienholder.
Ambient lighting since it's not an option on the Rebel. Got used to it with the 2500 and my Daytona so had to get upgrading.

This is the best way to get your lighting your looking for and will have zero chance of burning down your truck if you get a short or pinched wire.
I've taken the doors apart already. FYI.......that cover by the door handle is a mo fo to get off. Pop it off at the bottom with a 90 degree pick and slide it down as there is a tab at the top.
So this dude here in AZ is friends with my buddy who I've bought all my Chrysler based vehicles from. This set up is sick as sick can be but for $1200 I'm gonna pass for now. Now if someone could figure out how to do this to our trucks without having to eat ramen for a month, I'm all ears...
After putzing around with the non existent ambient lighting in the Rebel, you'd have to change out the LEDs to mutli colored ones and then have the appropriate controller wired in to change the colors.
I know it doesn't show for 2019 but my stereo guru buddy uses Compustar and says they make a kit for our 5th gens
