If both manifolds have been replaced I’d say it’s a lifter issue. The video listed definitely seems loud, especially if that’s after it has warmed up. Google search “star case report s1709000010 ram” and you should find the star case listed at the top with what the dealer did for those others...

I haven't seen a Sentry CT in person. But from what I have seen they are very similar in function with minor differences in the way you lock it in place for the install and then the material used in the top cover. I had an older gator HR1 and loved it. It seems like they have improved on them...

Not sure if you have already resolved this. But the Gator HR1 on realtruck.com is another similar option.
