I noticed a sizzling and burning smell right after walking away from the truck for the night.
Went back and investigated while still hot. Noticed dripping on top of the engine at a wired connection.
Also noticed dripping in front passenger wheel well at another wired connection.
Thoughts?
Not sure why these two things happened simultaneously, but this little connector/sensor started leaking after the impact as well. It is located inside the front passenger wheel well. No clue what fluid it is.
Any clue what that green little sensor is? That is what is dripping. You can see spots on the metal part it is dripping onto. It is inside both front wheel wells. Thanks for all that information.
Any information helps. Need to take it to shop Tuesday morning. Naturally, this happened on this truck’s first long trip away from home. 310 miles north of Cincinnati (home). I intend on driving it back after the holiday weekend. Still operates normally, aside from a clanking of the plastic on...
Tool batteries w/ charger and spray sunscreen in one. Full to the brim with medical supplies in the other. Figure it’s the coolest space in the vehicle, temperature-wise.
I have never had a truck before my RAM. I decided to install WeatherTech MudFlaps (made sure to order the front and back pairs selecting that my vehicle has NO fender flares). Seemed easy enough, however, I notice after driving through a muddy/grassy field a few times over the weekend mud had...
I turned my truck on this evening to go grocery shopping. Put it in reverse and thought it was just me, then my girlfriend walk up to the truck from the house and asked if I was revving my engine. I roll down the window and the truck was sputtering/shaking. Lasted about a minute. No clue what...
I have the same vehicle in white (2018 Ti Sport). Couldn’t let it go. Even if it has spent over 2 months and thousands of dollars in a shop over the 14 months I have owned it lol
Sticker Payload Capacity: 1,447 lbs
Nerf Steps - 70.15 lbs
MudFlaps - 6.5 lbs
Tri-Fold Cover - 59.9 lbs
True Payload Capacity: 1,310 lbs
Naively thought I would get 1,840 lbs (per the order). You would think their computer system is sophisticated enough to compute payload (or at least an...
Mine is off-centered, but I did not expect it to chip so soon. Took delivery mid-June and my truck is already missing some paint on the right edge of the tailgate where it makes contact with the bed/right taillight.
Lol I’m 26 and still buy CDs. It’s just too bad Best Buy stopped carrying them! CDs are without a doubt a better use of our premium sound systems. Bluetooth creates lower-resolution audio because it carries less sonic information. Typically muddles, distorts and dampens/lessens sound. Even the...
What are people’s opinions on LSD vs E-Locker for dropping a boat off at a slippery/mucky launch? I have a 4x4 with LSD. Also live in a hilly area with some snow in the winter. Felt like the best overall option for me.
