I'm really excited for you brother.
I hope this trip is eventful enough to be etched into memory, but not so much as to induce heartache or regret.
Godspeed!
We drive out tomorrow to spend a week in Wyoming. T'will definitely be a story, but I'm really hoping it will be fun. 😅
Bro...I mean no disrespect....but you should know that you present as a perpetual 'arguer' here.
You are quite knowledgeable when it comes to our trucks, but conversations tend to take a turn when you enter.
Installed roof top basket in preparation for a 1 week family camping trip next week.
We won't be taking the TT so i have to create more options for "necessary" cargo.🙄
We got some proofs from a recent photo shoot, courtesy of some strategically positioned traffic cams.
There goes my perfect North American driving record....🤦♂️
I hear the AC and hotel argument.
But I'm all about collecting these memories while the kids are young enough to want to be around me.
Plus, it's little things like these that could help decide how nice a nursing home I get.
Totally unrelated but....
You talk so fondly of the young grad who gets to hang with you at the track and actually race your truck. I think you can safely and understandably drop the 'step'.😉
I had to do a double take at first. The first 4 words of your post threw me for a bit. 😆
Seriously though, he's gonna be racing the Ram? That would be pretty cool of you.🫡
The sad reality is that the "dealership" criterion is always gonna put you in a game of Russian roulette. It's a lesson that can only be learned through experience as even first-hand accounts won't count for much (your buddy's experience will not necessarily be yours).
For me, I'm fine to take...
I actually scouted a Ford dealership yesterday purely because of consistently poor service experiences with dodge. I am not one of those customers that will throw a tantrum and threaten law suits to get stuff done.
If I'm not happy, I walk. And I'm lacing up my boots right about now.
