Those pressures seem a bit high. My 2019 Laramie specs 36 psi cold.
There is a maximum cold pressure indicated on the sidewalls that you should not go over.
Had a protracted discussion on this with my brother-in-law a few weeks ago. He just couldn’t accept that Dodge doesn’t make trucks anymore... He finally walked away muttering.
The inserts (pic 2) do not appear to come off easily. This has been discussed in other threads.
The pic 2 wheels are the standard OEM 20” on my Laramie w/ Sport .
Maybe you can find someone with those who’d swap for your optional upgrade 22” wheels/tires
I parked in the sun to warm up the body panels, then fish-lined the emblems off. Cleaned up the residual glue and done. Take your time and it will come out perfect.

I have a 2019 Laramie w/Sport. The upper ‘RAM’ horizontal console trim is way too bright. When the sun hits it just right it’s blinding.
Thinking of masking it off and spray it with black Plasti-Dip.
Any thoughts?
In most states the owner can sign the title and the rest is completed by the dealer.
I’ve traded several vehicles where my wife was on the title but not with me at the dealer.
FYI, the dealer gave me a nice credit on the OEMs towards a set of Goodyear Wrangler 275/55R20s.
With the Goodyear rebate, they ended up costing about $150 mounted.
I had a 2017 Sport and those OEMs were marginal in the snow. These Wranglers are great for northern Michigan winters.

It seems reasonable that FCA would take off for the mileage you’ve used up from brand new. As in a lease, you’re paying for that portion of value you used.
With the very generous incentives on the table, you should be able to negotiate a workable deal.
And keep on one topic with no side trips into other areas. Frustrating to look for specific ‘how to’ steps buried in long strings full of everything else.
