Success!!! Passenger seat has the module for the vented seats and it all works great now!

No manual switches as I have the 12" screen. I'm going to attempt this passenger seat tonight in the dark and freezing cold wind. Reason I asked is there is a module under the passenger seat I had seen that isnt on the driver seat. Part number read as a heated seat module but also as a vented...

So I have the Laramie vented driver seat in my Bighorn, with all the alfaobd settings present. But I still cannot get the vented seat to activate. I can press the screen button but it doesnt light up, it just beeps. Silly question but would both driver and passenger seats need to be plugged in...

Experimented with turning on the "memory vented seats present" even though I do not have memory anything, and still nothing. One thing to note is that when I have the seat harness unplugged and press the heated seat button on the screen, it lights up, but when press vent seat it does not light...

I'm swapping Laramie seats into my Bighorn. I have the vented seat button programmed with alfaobd to my 12in screen but not doing anything when I press it. Just an audible tone.. Is there a module I need to add, or is there a module in the seat that needs wiring to the harness? I'm hoping...

Will the 12.5 nittos for the stock wheel without rubbing? With a 3.5" Ready lift as well. Or should stick with the 11.5s

I can confirm it does add the button to the screen. After about 24hrs and a few miles of driving, it appeared. Now seeing if the button activates the Laramie seats will have to wait until I get them sewn back up and new airbags in.

Add me to the list of duped customers... I have contacted infotainment about a retrofit kit, but who knows how far it'll go. Hopefully theres a simple fix regarding the programming

Curious if the vented seat button on the 12inch can be added. I bought some Laramie seats with the vented seats and waiting on the repairs to the seat covers before I put them in. Alfaobd has an enable ventalted seat function, just dont know if it'll take to my 12" touchscreen...

I found a set online from a salvage dealer In Michigan. I used car-part.com to look for them. Got the full set with blown side airbags for $925.

Looking to put a donor trucks Laramie front ventilated seats in my Bighorn. Are they plug and play? I have heated seats and only driver power seat. Will I gain the function of a power passenger seat with the factory wire harness? Will my seat wire harnesses have the plug for the ventilated seat...
