I ordered a truck from Mark Dodge a couple of weeks ago for right at $9k less than the same truck on "sale" at a different dealer. The truck that was on "sale" has been sitting at that dealer since October (I know because I almost bought it last October).
I ordered a Limited Longhorn from Mark Dodge a couple of weeks ago. MSRP $87,780. MD price $77,236 before incentives. Locked in $6,000 in incentives so I'll be at $71,236 or less (already looking like less based on what they did changing the Ford conquest to include Chevy too).
Yes, that 2,600 hour number would be if the battery was never charged. Any time the truck is running the battery should be charging so really you'd need to go 2,600 hours without starting the truck.
Worth mentioning I don't know what the battery is in the 2025 Ram so that's just a rough guess...
There’s a longstanding bug when it comes to the Siri spoken response volume. Push and hold your uconnect power button until you see the ram logo to reset the system. That should get it back to normal volume for a while. It’ll go back to way too quiet and having to crank up the volume again, but...
I can’t speak to how Stellantis works behind the scenes, but for others (Ford and GM I know for sure) the dealership will get a chargeback for the rebate if a customer doesn’t hold the loan for at least X months. So there may not be anything that holds you directly accountable, but it’s likely...
A “12v” battery in any car will read somewhere between about 11.5 and 12.5 when it’s good and not being charged. 11v is a little low, but not enough to determine you have a bad battery. 13-14v while the engine is running is normal, the alternator runs at a higher voltage than the battery voltage...
What are the requirements for the conquest? Does it have to be a truck or, assuming this rebate is still active when my truck arrives, can I use my wife’s corvette to qualify?
I’ve got a 22 limited with 91k miles and etorque. There’s a persistent Siri volume bug with CarPlay (Siri gets quiet, everything else is fine) but when it comes up holding the power button and rebooting the uconnect solves it. Other than that it’s been super reliable. All I’ve done is change...
68k miles on my 2022 and it still does it even after multiple software updates. Volume returns to 15 at power up by design is what I’ve been told by my dealer, Ram corporate, and an actual engineer I finally managed to talk to. Reason i was told is because they had too many complaints of not...
I have the dreaded nav volume resetting to 15 in my new 2022 1500. Was in for my first oil change this week and asked the dealership to look into it and they told me it’s by design, but maybe if enough people complain engineering will decide their design is flawed…. Anyone have a quick/easy way...
