It did not drip, wool wax is thicker than fluid film. I used the spray gun from wool wax and used my 70gallon compressor to apply it. I used a can of wool wax for harder to reach areas. Was not impressed with the can, so I purchased a product called Noxudol 700 that came with a 24" wand -...

I used Woolwax and coated the frame and inside the doors, tailgate, fenders, inside the rockers - basically everywhere I could get the stuff.

Looked out this morning and my truck was surrounded by turkeys pecking on my chrome trim.:confused::D

Mine looks washed out compared to my sons, but I wouldn’t say it is any thicker. I have a relative that owns a company that does Linex in Lansing, MI. I can ask him about the difference, but won’t have an answer until this evening.

My son got premium on his 2016 ram and it has a gloss finish - looks really nice compared to mine. Still looks like new after 1 1/2 years. If you're going to keep the truck for awhile get the premium - you'll be glad you did. Sorry, it is 5:30 am or I would post a picture for you :cool:

No completely, but you will have to re-apply each fall. I used wool wax on my Ram. To get inside tight places like rockers and such, I used Noxudol spray with a 24" extension.

I have a set of car ramps that I use for oil changes and things, so I decided to build another set so I could drive the truck up on 4 ramps and have the whole truck up about 7". Worked well to spray the undercoating on the bottom the truck. In the next few years I hope to build another garage...
