Yeah I saw that but I don’t see a port on the back of the mirror in my truck. Maybe there one inside the mirror housing, I don’t know as I didn’t actually open it up. Wire routing literally took less than 10 min anyway.
I installed a Garmin Mini 2 dash cam today. The housing behind the mirror had a convenient hole to run the wire up into the headliner. Just had to pop the glove box out.
Mine doesn't start until I deliberately lift the brake. I've mastered it at this point where I will sometimes just start before traffic starts moving but normally it's so fast anyway.
Well, discovered this truck makes more noise in 4wd auto! Thanks for the hint. Must be the difference in axles.
The braking is annoying but I’m already getting used to it. Didn’t realize I’d be feeling the regen.
Thanks. Yes, I’m in 4wd auto this time of year. Did the same with my last truck but that didn’t have limited slip either. I wonder if that’s what I’m hearing. I’ll try 2wd and see.
Just got into a 2022 5.7 eTorque from a 2017 3.6. Couple things I noticed that I'm having trouble determining if normal.
When getting near a stop with constant, light pressure on the brake I feel the brakes applying more pressure regardless of what I am doing. In addition, they seem to release...
2022 5.7 with eTorque, 3.21 gears and getting 18-19 with winter fuel and some short remote starts. Less than 1000 miles so I'm expecting some improvement over time.
Mine comes on quite a bit (Hemi eTorque w/3.21 gears) even on hills. Truck has less than 1000 miles so hard to say but I am in the 18.5-19 MPG range with Winter fuel and some short warm up times.
