You said you have the curt adapter for your rear lightbar. What if you spliced in the turn signal wire from the curt adapter along with the signal you are getting from the bed cargo light? The bed cargo light would control the open and close and then the turn signal from the curt adapter would...
Thanks. I will do and plan on taking plenty of pictures. There was a guy on YouTube that had the actual AMP steps put on his RAM. They had the AMP factory lights attached and he wasn't happy with them. He was replacing his with the Lux's. He really liked the output and that they were magnetic...
I found the connection point that RamVader used. I have the Limited with the bed lights so I do like the idea of them coming on with those lights and having the ability to turn on/off with the switch in the bed. I did go a little different route though. I went with these...
Perfect, I have the Curtis harness as well for my rear backup lights. I had originally thought about wiring the power step lights to that harness on the taillights but I didn't want them on all the time so this project was waiting on you, thanks for figuring this out and posting about it. I...
Could not agree more. I had bought that truck from a high volume low priced dealer from another state. So every time I took it in I would get, "so you didn't buy this from us". Probably paid a little extra but bought my RAM from a local dealer. Lesson learned. My service writer is great, he...
My location is listed in my signature and I never really considered the google search problem even though I've done it. I guess I don't think like a criminal. At first I didn't get the tag thing because we all drive around with them exposed, but my hang up came with a couple of mods "possibly"...
Just picked her up from the oil change and front end alignment. Stretched her legs a little on the instate and she is smooth as glass. I turned the radio all the way down and could barely hear the tires, turned the radio to level 8 and no tire noise at all. I usually listen at a higher level...
I paid 202.00 a tire for mine and they gave me 60.00 each for the takeoffs. All in all I'm in for $861.98. It's at the dealer now getting an oil change and the front end aligned. We'll see how she drives tomorrow on the interstate.
Thanks. The forum played a major role in me choosing these tires. They seem to be the favorite of a lot. I wanted something a little taller and more aggressive looking while maintaining some ride quality. I got on a thread talking about the new Goodyear Ultraterrain and almost went with it until...
I haven't been on the interstate yet, but on the city streets it isn't anything extra or noticeable to me. I don't drive the truck much as I have a daily driver for my job. I am planning on getting the alignment done with my oil change at the dealer Saturday. They are located by an interstate so...
I started this thread after I got my Falcon Wildpeaks installed. I searched and read many threads on tires and never really found my setup. There are plenty of 19 Limited's with 20" wheels, but most are not the Laramie Sports. I really liked these wheels and did not want to change them. These...
Decided on the Falcon Wildpeak A/T3W, went with 275/60R20. I love the look of them and happy with my choice. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how the 33" filled the wheel well.
My dealer did it for me. I wasn't a 22' guy and wanted the 20's that come on the Laramie Sport. I didn't ask for anything in return, just the swap to make the purchase.
