I lost count on what number the list is on...
- Fix the Instrument Cluster non-dimming issue
- Make bigger gas tanks standard for 6ft+ beds
- Tighten the turn radius on these trucks
- How about more interior colors?
- Front camera and parking sensors as stand- alone options
- On chrome mirrors...
Yes, the ebrake was on as well (forgot to mention it). It's a dead issue at this point... RamCares confirmed that there's no setting to dim the dashboard in the scenario I presented. (n)
Maybe Tazer or AlphaODB or other 3rd Party Programmer can solve the issue?
Where is "Auto Dim?" You mean in Settings>Display>Display Mode: Auto or Manual? I just tried both as well as other suggestions.
Nothing works if the truck is Off, Headlight switch is Off, Aux is On, Radio is on, Radio Display is "Screen Off."
As previously noted, I can turn down the gauge...

How did it turn out? I'm planning on doing the exact same mods...
I was under my truck installing OEM running boards and looked at the exterior of the floor storage boxes. They look like the plastic is covered in fabric and REALLY aren't confidence inspiring. I kind of regret installing the Tuffy lids, since the boxes themselves are exposed and highly...
The spring tension causedd my 4 Pin connector to bend, so I drilled a couple holes in the covers to take the pressure off the plugs. The ziptie was what I had handy. I'll probably switch to a either a black or stainless bead chain.
I installed Husky floor liners, Husky mudflaps, Duha under seat storage, and Tuffy security lids.
The best part of the day is that I found that "hidden" storage drawer at the bottom of the center dash!
I just installed my Tuffy lids. I agree that the edges would be nicer if they overlapped the carpet. BUT, what I wanted to post is that there is an extra hole through the floor that needs to be sealed!
See the photo I attached. The electric screwdriver is pointing to it. That's the ground...
