Mine will be here today (for some reason they require a signature, wish I had known prior). I won't be putting it on until this weekend, as my son wants to hear the before and after...
The anticipation is building; once it is here I will have a hard time waiting
On my truck it is nose high by 1/8" with just the front lift installed. 39" to fender up front, 38-7/8" to fender in rear.
I couldn't get a good picture today because I left the truck key at the house. Here's the best that I could do.
I'll be putting the rear on tomorrow.
Yes, but I think the nose will be a bit higher than the rear. I'll measure mine after I get the front on, and before I do the rear. I'll post pics too.
I am leaving the rake on my truck, because I use it as a truck and there is nothing worse than a truck dragging it's butt when pulling a...
No. I'll try and post that up once I'm done putting my lift on.
Rough Country actually sent me another set of flares since it was quicker than getting me the required trim rubber...
Sounds like it. Someone didn't know what they were doing. There is no reason to run alignment when just putting new tires on a new truck. If it were an older vehicle I could see checking the alignment when installing new tires to ensure everything is correct to maximize tire life.
The bad...

The parts diagram shows a bolt "J" but it doesn't exist, and is not...
I have not seen much detail out there on the kit, so I figured I would post up my install project. Hopefully it will help others considering the kit to see some detail on what you get.
I had trouble tracking down a kit; some dealers told me it was unavailable to order due to engineering review...
I got them off eBay but the seller was Rough Country. They had free priority shipping, so I got them in 2 days. Sadly, I could only put 3 of them on.
As is turns out, I have to pull the rears off to install my lift, so it didn't end up being too inconvenient (wheel well liners have to come...
Stick with the 18s and go with 275/70. Most of the tires in that size are load range E, so they'll be a bit heavier and ride a bit stiffer.
If you go with the Ram 20" wheels be aware that they are 9" wide, so a wider tire looks a bit better on them. I went with 295/55
