Weird how some of us never see the level of issues that other do. I have had Toyota's and I got to say they aren't trouble free either but sometimes its just luck I guess.
Those are not the parts that broke on the two visors of mine that broke. What broke on mine were the plastic elbow. Once that elbow breaks the visor spins around like a damn propeller.
When they replaced my tank and filler neck there was a new fuel pump as part of the new tank so maybe yours could have been defective out of the box. My dealer also said there is a sensor inside that assembly that if not working properly causes the tank to trip the gas nozzle when being filled...
I can only tell you that when my visor broke the only thing keeping it attached was the wiring that goes through swing arm. There has to be a place where its plugged into another cable to make the visor change out easy. I'm guessing its inside the A pillar but that's a guess.
Yes I am aware of the heads I was referring to the block so my fault I should have been more specific. The more aluminum you have the more chances you have for warping. I never saw a steel engine block warp.

Death? I dont think so myself and not in the Trucks.
I just have this thing in my head about aluminum and warping that I just cant get rid of..............
Not sure after a few trips I would be back at the dealer. I would probably have gone to a good glass shop. Those guys have a lot of experience with leaks, bad glue jobs and dealing with windows that don't mate up well with the opening.
Just a guess but I would say that the fuel tank sensor is part of the fuel pump inside the tank. I see no reason why they wouldn't make it all one unit.
The visor is a design defect. Plastic where metal should be. Until they fix the design this will keep happening. If mine fails again my plan is to move the garage buttons to the A-pillar and replace the visor with the one that has no garage door openers on it. At least it will be lighter & if it...
Sounds like a lemon engine. I had a Challenger with the 5.7 for 10 years (over 100k miles) and never had a single problem. I have had this truck for almost 3 years and zero engine issues. I think your problems are unusual for the Hemi line.

I couldn't bring myself to buy one but hey I'm not against others giving it a go.
31000 miles
I have had a few issues that all have been resolved:
Fuel tank & filler neck replaced- Would not take fuel properly- what a pain in the *** I'm so happy this is fixed
Drivers side sun visor with garage door buttons- Replaced twice because part of the hinge system is plastic and...
I really have no understanding of what happened over time to cause this. My truck was at about 20k miles when it started clicking off maybe three times per fill up. As time went on it started clicking off more and more per fill up until it got to the point where it did not matter how fast or...
