This happened to me too. Give it some time as mentioned above. I went back after a few hours and it was working normally.

I just installed bora 1.5 frt and 2.0 rear tonight. No issue with the studs. I don't remember for sure but I don't even think the studs were sticking out much, if at all on the 1.5. I don't have the same wheels (stock 22's on limited) but I would not expect an issue with any stock wheel...
