I pulled a tail light out just to make sure I couldn't change any bulbs, and I can't... What have you guys done to address this? It's almost like there's no reverse lights.
Yeah I kind of figured that, but sometimes there's stuff out there that you don't know about until you ask. I hate to replace perfectly good Bilsteins with Bilstein 5100s but that really is the right way to do it. Guess that's what I'll have to do.
Yeah I do not want an oiled filter either. Those oil particles do get taken into the motor, plus cleaning and re-oiling is a pain to do it right. Plus they are worse for country roads because they don't trap as much as a dry filter. That's a concern with Vararam, as well as their build quality...
Again, my whole point to the question is to avoid having to get UCAs and avoid changing angles or affecting the factory suspension. Also to not replace the factory Bilstein. Basically, are there spacers you can put that will raise the front of the truck, and not alter the suspension...
Yeah but what's the cost? A pair of Bilstein 5100s is like what, 160ish? Those don't affect angle. I'm looking for something that does NOT affect angles or anything in factory suspension.
I'm looking to level my front end, but I don't want to do anything that will change the angles of the suspension. I know the Bilstein 5100 are the best way to go, but since our trucks already have Bilstein front suspension, is there any type of spacer or front end leveling kit they can be used...
These are the two I'm narrowed down to. So driving in the country on dusty roads does happen, but not like every day. I've seen some stuff about Vararam not doing a good job and sealing well, plus cheap build quality, and there's no way to block it if going on dusty roads. S&B has a great...
I have a 2020 Rebel, which already has Bilstein suspension, so I don't feel I need to replace the shocks with more Bilstein. Are there any spacers, anything, that can be used to level my front end that work well and won't affect angles, etc of my factory suspension?
There is no engine tick. The sound coming from the rear sounds like a ticking, kinda airy sound. I'm assuming the weep holes are easy to get to? I'd like to fill them and see if it fixes the issue.
I've read people doing exactly what I did and having the same issue. I am specifically looking for people who have swapped mufflers and have found a way to correct this sound. I basically am looking to make sure that deleting my resonators will fix it. The resonators have weep holes in them to...
It's definitely not an exhaust leak. The new muffler was welded in by a very good exhaust shop so I know it was done right and everything else is Factory. I believe it's the resonators, but I'm just looking for someone who has done this to their truck that can confirm that.
