Did you do the update like the rest of us last month? Thats when all the presets started to vanish. I think we were all fine without profiles before that.

Unfortunately its an aftermarket warranty and likely has limitations of coverage, as well as no specific details on if they use new, used or reman parts. Whipple, Vortech and just about every other blower company offer a similar warranty, however its pretty much guaranteed your factory warranty...
You might be barking up the wrong tree with "I dont want", and instead pursue "it will cause health risks due to mold and spores".
Explain to them you unknowingly purchased a new vehicle with mold and spores, and they will be liable for any and all health risks associated with the vehicle...
Ive been tuning for 14 years, that doesn't bother me in the slightest seeing how generally the Whipple voids the warranty long before the PCM is an issue. Whipple does offer an aftermarket warranty for powertrain coverage for about $600 if I remember correctly that mirrors the factory warranty.
