Do you think that backorders should extend parts of the warranty? I’m curious, I have a slew of parts on back order, no idea when they’ll get to the dealer. What happens if the issue runs past the warranty period? In this day and age I wouldn’t dismiss that idea. Is there some guarantee that...
Back seat on my 19 Laramie has the same issue, I thought that maybe the previous owner had a baby seat on there but it’s exactly the same as your pics.
I just traded/purchased a 2019 Laramie Sport with just under 50,000 kms on it. Was having an issue with running boards (in -30c weather, they’re not a fan) and the driver’s side did not retract more than half way. I thought that I could still hear some motor sound but wasn’t exactly sure. I went...
275/60/20, apparently that’s the most comfortable without levelling. There is room for more width by about an inch, but that would require offsets I suppose.
Definitely curious to see what that truck looks like. Air ride and trailer brake are the only two options that I don’t have. Mostly ok, the air ride system is sketchy in our crazy winters - but I do tow and so I guess I’ll swap out the mod one day.
Had a look yesterday and figured out that it saw reflection for about an hour or so in the morning. One thing to point out is that we’re currently in a decent cold snap, windchill of -47. And yeah, it’s around 20’ from the house. I felt the plastic but nothing jumped out at me, felt cold. Since...
My sales guy showed me the wheel and tire comparison site, which is really cool by the way, and with 20s / more profile the setup is 1” taller. It took me a while to decide but in the end it worked out. There sure weren’t a lot of images online with the setup I wanted, so it was something of a...
I was used to the ride from my 14, had duratracs from day one. BUT, rear end kicked out on an icy highway - yes, of course, but never in the 14. Not sure how that would be different. Very slight rub on the well when fully cranked, just a matter of avoiding that. One thing about duratracs is that...
I wasn’t a fan of the low profile tire / 22” rim combo, on top of that I live in Canada and so decent rubber is a must. In the purchase I was able to trade out rims to factory 20s and use the nearly brand new duratracs from my 14 that I traded in. Apparently MT tires for 22s are pricey and also...
Mine makes a winding sound, as if it were one of those wind up cars for kids (plastic gear type stuff). There’s a very obvious peak to the sound and then it winds down. Took it in but to no avail. I plan to get a GoPro under there and see what I find. For the record, it’s a ‘19 Laramie Sport...
Thanks for your replies, I’ll wait for a sunny day and see if I can feel any heat on it. Crazy to think, but possible. It’s 200 for my deductible, sucks to think of spending 400 bucks overall to repair them because of where I park. There’s always *something to learn the hard way 😁😒
