I did a muffler delete as well but left the resonators on. Today I’ll plug the weep holes but the truck sounds great all except for when MDS kicks on and changes the tone to crap. Now I just bypass the MDS, keep it V8 all the way.
Boom! Painted bumpers are fine lol. I was never a big chrome guy but when I saw the chrome on the front end of mine I couldn’t help but love it. Cleaning it after a road trip is some serious work but I don’t mind.
I picked up this hitch step from Amazon just recently. It does have some minor rock side to side but that can be fixed pretty easily. It is definitely solid and I wouldn’t want to hit. Just thought I’d share a few pics of it.
I just did a muffler delete this past Saturday and it sounds great. I was considering doing the same with the resonators but I don’t want to hear any constant drone. I’ll try plugging the weep holes to see the difference but I’m happy with it now.
