HA!!
At first, I thought you were accusing me of poor grammer! Fifty is staring me in the face next year.
My Dad (who wears hearing aids) and I drove the truck from Idaho to Alaska this May, and one time he asked me to roll up the windows so it was quieter...and that is when I realized I...
Not sure if I believe it until I see it....
I took my truck to the dealer about 3 weeks ago to try and get the road noise reduced. Standard (R Rear, road/wind noise, increases with speed) sound that has been mentioned a lot on this forum. Thank god I don't have that whistle some of you have...
I like the eTorque, but looking at Fuelly averages, it looks like it improves your MPG by 0.8 MPG. Not a ton. It is seamless tho, the stop/start is hardly noticable. Don't regret getting it, but probably wouldn't be a deal breaker for me.
RamBox...I love mine. LOVE THEM. Wish I had got the...
I bought the Latchit Rack system. Have to say I am liking it better all the time. Takes seconds to put on and take off, gives a ton of bed space, secure, 5 bikes (RamBox takes up a bit of space). Only downside is the camera has a beautiful view of the ground. I have some pics of it on my...
I share the wind noise pain. Fortunately, the dealer hears it as well, and ordered the weatherstrip. I'm curious if it will work...but I find it hard to believe that this is the only reason that the cab is loud.
I can't believe I'm finally driving my Ram. Flew to Idaho on Saturday, picked it up, Drove to Umatilla, Oregon for the first night. Yesterday up to Kamloops, BC. Today, Fort St. Johns and the start of the Alcan. Should be home by Friday with my incredible new ride.
Anyone found a good dog "hammock" for the back? My 95 pound elderly dude like to ride with his head out the window, so he has to sit on a seat. I thought about leaving the big half up so that it would be easier for him to get into, then he can hop up into his luxury accomodations.
Well, I was going to add my sad update, but Viking42 takes the cake!
My truck hit the railyard in Utah on 3/24 per my dealer. He indicated that they usually are only there for a few days, but couldn't guarantee delivery date (I have never had an ETA on this truck). I thought that was fair...
The problem isn't when I'm IN the garage, it is passing through the door. So I lose my mirrors since they have to be pulled in to fit into the garage. This also stops the 360 cam from working (at least on the one I was test driving). So once I pass through the door with the cab, I'm worried...
The VOTs link has evidently been dead for months/years now. It just sits and spins....:(
RamChat has no idea where my truck is. The dealer says it was offloaded from the train and waiting for a truck to come to Idaho!
What sort of case do you have? Mine charges fine if it isn't in the case (well, in the trucks I test drove, still waiting for mine) so i'm shopping for a new one.
That was my error. Bought from Dennis Dillon in Idaho, and while if the delivery up here was delayed it wasn't a big deal, but trying to arrange vacation to get to Boise and STILL not having an ETA is sucky!!
Question for those with centerline:
I have an extremely tight fit for the garage (96"). Would you feel comfortable drawing a line down the middle of your garage and using the centerline as your guide? Stay on the centerline, and you will know you are in the middle? Is it that accurate? Or...
