It's pathetic. I'm having the same thoughts about leaving the truck as well. While UConnect has not stated anything about people to stop working on it nor reimbursement, how can they expect someone to pay full price for something that you pay a hell of a lot of money for that doesn't work properly?
Yes, a case has been created. However, 1 dealer has acknowledged the issue and the dealer I purchased it from, escalated the issues with last week, kindly sent me a letter yesterday stating the radio is working properly (after 5 minutes of looking at it, not 20 per the document).

I wish I did. Bluetooth media is basically useless. I can't stand listening to music that sounds like a skipping CD. I'm on 3 months of waiting for something to resolve this.
I'm having this exact issue right now. I've tried cycling the truck on/off, but nothing. I'm trying to find the trick to doing a reset on the radio, but can't locate it.
Same issue with wind noise here. It seemed to only start when the weather got colder around here though.
Between my Bluetooth media static (no resolution by the dealer yet) and this, I'm just bundling up the issues with this truck so it only needs to go in once to get fixed.
Unfortunately, no. Truck was at the dealer last week to troubleshoot. They said there were no updates or TSBs that could resolve this... yet. Very frustrating, but at least I have Siruis to hold me over.
