It will stay there until you remove it. Click the icon to open the marketing junk then navigate back to the home screen and the icon should be gone. Once it's gone, verify you have no notices.
Doesn't really matter since neither one is accurate anyway. Reads anywhere between 0.5 and 1.5 mpg better than actual mpg calculated manually and it has done this on the last 3 Rams I have owned. Never reads worse that actual mileage; always reads better.

It absolutely fixed it for me. Before deleting the notices I would remove the short cut by opening it only to have it reappear, without fail, the very next day. Drove the truck again this morning and it still did not reappear after 4 days.
May have found a partial solution to the marketing app shortcut appearing in the top bar.
Go into Apps/System/Notices and delete all notices that appear.

It does more than build up pressure. It still pumps the lifters and turns the engine at around 300 RPM. It's just using the using the starter motor to operate the engine instead of internal combustion. Not sure this is really solving any problems.
Given the same tire diameter, an E rated tire on an 18 inch rim should still ride better than a C rated tire on a 20 inch rim due to more sidewall with the 18 inch rim.
