You can turn that off in the Uconnect.
One for the list, make the 6'4" bed 6'6" like GM....I could fit an 8' length of lumber in my 04 Silverado flat on the bed floor diagonally with the tailgate shut, but it is just shy (2") of fitting in the Ram.
The brightness adjustment is greyed out for a couple reasons, brightness control is set to auto (change it to manual to adjust) or if it is already in manual, you have to turn the headlights on to adjust the screen brightness for when headlights are on. You will see the daytime adjustment grey...
I have the exact same ART rims as the OP and the tire shop had put the same stick-on weights, when I left the shop I heard them hitting the calipers, they removed all 4 wheels and re-balanced the inboard side with old school hammer on weights so future rotating would not be an issue.

I had a similar experience when I had purchased 18" wheels for winter use. The shop used stick-on weights and the ones stuck to the inboard edge did rub the caliper. This shop does not drive customer...
When I had my 04 Silverado, a couple times a year I used to spray some Simple Green all over the engine bay and hose it off with minimal pressure from a garden hose (no pressure washers). I would cover the alternator with a plastic bag to keep direct water out of it and not spray on the fuse...
