Sounds to me like truck was left in 4wd. Tire skipping is due to binding, outside wheels travel a further distance than the inside wheel.

Yes it will do exactly that. It comes up on my cluster "reduce speed to maintain ride height" also when in off road mode, it will tell you the same thing as you approach 20mph

Whether you have this feature on or off, truck will not allow you to drive in EE mode above the set speed limit.

Yea mine only does it when I lower with fob too. But I can lift when I get it with the button. Does yours lift? It should not be "stuck" In EE. The ride is super bumpy like that

No just messed around with key fob. Read description in video if you'd like. I've even been able to raise the truck from they key fob. Have yet to catch this on video tho.

A little bit glitchy...but I've somewhat figured out how to drive on entry/exit mode. Not sure if I'm messing up the bags tho or riding on the bump stop. Anyway here's a video of it
