You're not alone on this, I have the exact same problem.
It was suggested to plug your phone into the USB port for Apple Car Play before you turn your truck on. This has helped me 80% of the time, but it still has a problem for the other 20%.
Hopefully next week I will have time to pass by the...
Well what do you know, that exact same thing happened to me last week.
I couldn't figure out why I had a baseball talkshow on (something that I wouldn't be caught dead listening to), and my iTunes music at the same time. I actually started looking around to see if somebody had an extremely loud...
I don't have anything to add to this thread, other than a friend of mine has this feature on his Subaru and he hates it.
Apparently there is a bit of a lag from stepping on the gas and going, and he too feels that this will cause a shortened life span on the starter motor. I don't think his...
I don't have anything plugged into mine, but thanks for the suggestion.
Total coincidence I'm sure, but when I went out to my truck tonight to take a few interior pictures my iPhone froze up.
I got the popup message on the 12" screen asking me if I want to pair my phone (why it does that every...
Try setting your Garmin to the same settings as your truck, and then see what happens. Perhaps you have the shortest distance entered (or fastest time) and that's why it takes you a different way.........mine will take me off of the highway during peak rush hour and put me on city streets if it...
I can't get a confirmation on my free keychain no matter how many times I enter my information. :giggle:
On the truck itself.....my 12" screen reboots every 30 seconds so nothing works.
Ramboxes are warped and looks like crap.
AC has to be on the highest setting in order to get the truck...
Sorry for the delay, but I was away on holidays.
I use an iPhone and didn't have any problems with it, then my brother plugged in his Samsung in the second port and that's when the problem started.
I don't know if its a coincidence or not, but that's what I've noticed.
Plugging in my iPhone...
Sorry for the late reply, but I was away on holidays.
No I haven't got the rails yet. I spoke with my dealer and he does have them on order, its just that they are backordered until November!
Looks like I will be shovelling snow out of the back of my truck until then.
The OP said...................
Hello,
I am in FRANCE and I bought in December the new RAM 1500 Limited CREWMAX with big Tipper.
I had a reprogramming done E85. I am very happy. consumption: about 17 liters per 100, always traveling between 90 and 120 km / hour
I changed the mirrors outside...
I have had a few quirks with the radio since owning it, but always thought that I was just imagining some of the issues....................well today that all changed.
For some reason my 12" screen is stuck in a reboot mode. It starts up normally and will function properly for about 2 minutes...
Oh ya that makes sense, I wasn't really thinking about the off road aspect.
I was merely thinking how cool it looked going down the road (lights off), and people think you were a cop. Where I live they have started using Ram's as police vehicles now.
So in a perfect world, what setting should the air ride end up in when towing a RV?
I've towed mine a few times and I honestly can't say I've noticed what it goes to, but I have noticed in non trailer driving that the truck stays in aero pretty much the whole time?
Looks like you did a nice job on the instal, but what would you use them for?
If I saw you coming down the road I'd think you were a cop, so there's a plus! LOL....
I purchased a 2019 Limited with the Mopar tonneau cover, but the day I went to pick up the truck I knew I wasn't going to be happy with what they supplied. I asked the dealer to take the cover off and give me a credit (which the gladly did), however what I didn't realize is that the bed rails...
Nice post, thanks for taking the time to do it!
I had the Bakflip F1 on my 2013 and it stayed bone dry for about 6 months, then I broke one of the rain catchers and that's all she wrote. It still kept out 90+% of the rain and snow, so I was happy. I may have to steal this idea for my new F1 on...
No research for me at all.
I loved my 2103, so there was no real reason for me to do any research.
In fact I stopped by the dealer one afternoon just to check out colours, and two days later drove home with my new Limited.
As much as I'm disappointed in the fit and finish of this part of the...
