Can anyone comment if the 2019 DS and DT with air ride have the same alignment specs? Should I have the dealer redo the alignment since the most recent seems to use the DS?
First two questions are answered in the OP. Rotate every 8k with oil changes. No idea what rotation pattern the shops use. I have no idea of anything is worn out but given how severe the asymmetric wear was in the original tires it would have to have been something that happened in the first 10k...
I noted this abnormal wear pattern on my stock Bridgestone Dueler H/L tires, posted about it here and the consensus was alignment issue. Wear pattern seemed to fit with a toe problem. So I had the OEM Duelers replaced at 34k miles with Conti TerrainContact H/T XL tires at that time in March...
How they look? It would also mean if you use entry/exit height to get in/out then when you drive away until your truck raises up those lil bump stops are getting crunched on bumps, curbs, etc.
Got the replacements installed today, took about 1 minute. I am surprised to see the truck rests on these when the air ride is in entry/exit height. I use this height a lot when I load the bed and I can't imagine it's good for the bump stops getting crushed under that extra 1000-1500lbs until...
I've noticed the last few weeks when driving without music and the windows down I can hear a faint, high pitched squeek coming from outside the truck. I managed to figure it's when I hit the accelerator even lightly. It will make the same noise even when hitting the accelerator while in park...
Looking at their website. They don't list prices only dealers. Did you have to install yourself or did the dealer install it? There's one close to me that looks like a truck fabrication shop.
Which motor do you have? Ram notes there's a "plow prep package" that includes a 220A alternator, do...
Ok so this is driving me nuts. Truck is still having vibrations between 52-55 mph pretty consistently. So I took it into a different shop than where I got the tires because they had a Road Force Elite per the Hunter website. They said the wheels were about 1/2oz out of balance but not much and...
