Are these settings in the Apps menu? Guess I didn't realize this was adjustable. I use mine mainly when driving the narrow laned highway on Highway 60 on my way to Palm Springs. Seems to work fine but wouldn't mind trying out the adjustements.

Thanks, no previous owner. 2019 model purchased in Aug 2018. If I find a clamp, or they fix the heater and then the AC doesn't work, well then, we have a problem.

Thank you, I will check that. I bought mine in August 2018, so if they already knew of the issue and did that, that speaks volumes.

The dealer fixed mine. I suspect it was the connector up inside the unit, as others have mentioned in the forums. Mine has worked just fine since the dealer took care of it.
