That checks out. If you would have taken it down to 55-60 you probably would have seen an improvement. With my 5k camper and 3.21's, I can get 10-13 if I'm taking it easy, depending on wind and hills.
I do have windows in my front garage (attic), maybe the morning sun is hitting that. Good thinking. I did shine up the tonneau with some spray detailer after I hand washed my truck Monday. There's no making it uniform, I'm afraid. I'm not overly concerned about the $200 amazon cover, but it...
Most of the time it's just in front of my garage. I drive my work beater most days and leave the truck at home. Truck is backed in front of my garage. Sun rises in front of the windshield and goes over behind the garage leaving it in the shade. Maybe there's a couple hour window where the...
I'm losing my mind with this truck. Anyone have these sort of burn marks on their tonneau cover? I've had the one for a little while, but now I've noticed a bunch more have shown up. Almost seems like light reflecting off a window or something like a magnifying glass? Looks like it has also...
Got this email from my @RamCares case manager (personal information redacted).
There is no need to reply to this email if you are no longer having any concerns with your vehicle and your issues are resolved at this time.
We just wanted to thank you for allowing RAM Customer Care the...
Applied for and got approved for a lease buyout loan in less than 30 minutes through my credit union, all on the computer. Only had to call Chrysler for a buyout amount. Check will be in the mail tomorrow. So much easier than dealing with Ford buyouts and dealerships.
Agreed. I have their credit card that allows for 0% interest purchases. I bought 2 wheel and tire packages through them before at 0% both price matched to a competitor's cost. Great customer service.
Decided I'm gonna buy out my lease for now, I think. Priced some new trucks from other brands recently, and I just can't make a switch make sense, financially. Other than tracking down my leak issues, it's been a great truck and the first I've actually loved after 3 years of ownership...
That makes sense, thank you. I did some looking at a chevy / gmc dealer to see what they would give me for a buyout and then a deal on a new truck. First of all, the prices were eyewatering, but they told me since I was so close to my lease end that they didn't know if they would be able to do...
Yeah that makes sense, I guess I just meant from more of a process point of view. Are they making you buy out the vehicle, then paying you to trade it in? Or are they just buying out your lease without you having to do anything. The latter would be cleaner and make more sense, but I just...
You don't necessarily have to put it towards the truck, but it would help the tax payments by lowering the overall cost of the vehicle. And obviously lowering the monthly payment too.
In a similar situation, although not as much equity. But I do have a question. Are they offering to straight buy out your lease, or are they requiring you to buy it out and then flip it to them?
Got a case number from Ramcares for my leaky back window 🤞. Still on the fence whether I'm gonna buy out this lease, or find something else next week. Loan rates are nauseating compared to what they were a few years ago.
That's crazy. We back up on blacktop to a hopper that feeds to a tractor trailer. There's no way I'd drive over other garbage not knowing what is in it.
