The ECU will pull timing if it detects knock from low octane gas. That said knock likely isn't an issue with most regular driving. Towing and hard acceleration then yes the better gas makes a difference. Because pulling timing means less power.
OP are you asking about the white filter above the normal filter? If so it's a charcoal filter to absorb fuel fumes after the engine is stopped. I took mine out. Made zero difference but was a stupid emissions crap anyway.
A catch can is a good thing but it adds maintenance as it must be emptied. It is absolutely not necessary, but keeping oil out of the combustion chambers reduce issues down the road with carbon build up also keep the cats running in spec longer etc.
If you don't mind a little extra maintenance...
Wonder is there's a safety to keep someone from accidentally going to park while on the highway.
There was a joke when that shift knob came out. It was about Nickelback comes on the radio and all of a sudden you spun out in the median.
Coyote has 4 valves with makes is a pent roof not a Hemispherical. Newer Hemi's are not truly hemisphereical now either since the switch to the oval chambers.
You would think, but there are engines with the exhaust headers cast into the heads these days. For example the 3.2 Pentastar and the Honda 1.8L I4 both have cast in E manifolds.
Also Manufactures have been using AL heads with cast Iron exhaust manifolds for decades. There is no reason Ram...
I'd say it's unlikely but not impossible. That's a tough one.
I can't find much info on what actually gets done during a ECM unlock. If there was more information out there it would be easier to speculate.
Well good for you. Everything I've read about it said they didn't have it. Maybe it's a 2020 change IDK... Even the video going over the new chassis/frame which had the air suspension made a point to say the active air dam that was shown did not come with the air suspension package...
