He (Bill) must have checked Laramie by mistake. When I just tried to build a Laramie with the 33 Gallon tank, that option forced me to pick a Level 1 or 2 package.

This won't help a lot, but you could keep the 33 gallon tank at half-full or less. That would save you 90-100# of payload. Of course, you have to stop more often...

I imagine sales will dictate the future of the Hemi. If people flock to the new engine and Hemi sales soften significantly, it could be dropped or at least no longer improved.
