There are professional shops repares dash after airbag deployment, but you need take off and disassemble it before. I did it in Russia, it cost me about $200, and it looks like new. it’s for Bighorn dash, no leather.

I myself replaced all the AirBags in my Ram, to replace the passenger I removed the entire Dash, which I also restored. I'm sure you can‘t replace the passenger airbag without removing the Dash.

I just disconnect and reconnect battery for 15 min and all works well again. I got this error twice in 1,5 years i have the Pulsar installed. Maybe this issue was resolved in Pulsar update, but i have no cable to update it.

You can only swap airbag module assembly, i have seen it from the inside, you can’t disassemble it and swap emblem only. Or you could paint it.

Thanks a lot! I will do my headrests soon, try this method first, because i have done rear armrest just by hand, and it was very hard :(

What exactly vacuum method mean? Have you seen any video before do it? I can’t find any on YouTube.

Also I suggest to make holes for headrest by little side cutters, not by blade, then you can do more precise hole and don’t cut bigger then needed.

Very helpful post, i will do front seats next weekend, with heater instsll, and your photos helps me that. Now i have done only rear seats, here is the picture of my setup. Also more picture of rear armre, helps understand how to disass it.
