I’m running 1.5” spacers and 35x12.5”x20 tires on the stock 20” wheels. I did have to heat up the inner fender well liners so stop the rubbing. There was plenty of room for the studs in the pockets on the back side of the wheels so I didn’t need to trim anything.
I’m running 35’s on a level with 1.5” wheel spacers. They will rub, but you can fix that with a heat gun. You don’t really need the level to make it work. I can run in entry/exit mode (air suspension) without any rubbing. Just keep in mind that each truck can be slightly different in how they...
I do have the air suspension without the off road package. Stick 20” wheels too. I would rather go with an aftermarket wheel instead of the spacers, but I liked the factory wheel. So I went with the Stahl steel spacers. Didn’t want any issues!
I made the rear rack to fit into the rear stake pockets. It’s then bolted down thru the front side of the pocket. Works great for my kayak and paddle board.
I like them a lot. They do seem extremely slippery in the wet. I’ll be keeping an eye on them when we start to get some regular rain. I’m only running a two inch level on mine. Still need to “adjust” the passenger side fender liner to stop all the tire rub.
I also have the same type of shaking. I’ve also changed the tires and the problem has not gone away. It’s actually worse with the bigger tires I went with.
I used the day star leveling blocks for the Gen 4 truck. Then I adjusted the sensor brackets till I liked the level of the front. The rear is all stock. I also added 1.25” stahl wheel spacers. A little heat on the front plastic liners and I was all good to go!
Is your vehicle safe to drive with a broken seat frame? If it is a safety concern it should be at the dealership with an open repair order on it. This will be the easiest way to urge Ram to get the part released for your vehicle. It will also keep the days out of service rolling in case you...
TSB’s are only there to make finding a fix easier. As for warranty work, a dealership cannot add any warranty work not brought up by the client. If a dealership was caught ”up selling” warranty work, that would not go over very well with the manufacturer.
