It all depends on what the stock offset for rebel wheels are, hopefully someone chimes in with those specs. IIRC the stock 20’s from the limited are +19mm so if that’s the case for the rebel you should be fine all things being equal. General rule of thumb is if you’re going wider on wheels/tires...
Hey all, hope everyone is doing well given these crazy times we're all experiencing. I searched throughout this forum and others but couldn't get a definitive answer so hopefully someone can chime in.
I'm currently running 295/60r20 (33.94") tires on aftermarket wheels (upgraded from the...
Sooo this might be a dumb question but I’ve seen this kit mounted on a few Limiteds and might as well ask: is this compatible with trucks that have adaptive cruise/forward collision warning, etc? Crossing my fingers that the answer doesn’t burst my bubble...thanks!
I'm running 295/60r20 on my Limited w/ORG and QL w/aftermarket wheels. Posted a thread of them a while back - if you search "295" you should find that and some other similar threads filled w/pics.
Thanks! Yeah I wanted to go with a negative offset for more of an aggressive stance and didn’t want to go with spacers. The tires poke out of the fender about ~ 1.25”or so which is perfect IMO.
Thanks, for all the replies everyone. I think I misinterpreted the information when I first read it but after reading your responses everything is starting to make sense, now. Another question: I've read the tool has pre-programmed sizes (i.e. 33", 35" etc) but what if you have more of a...
Hey all, I just ordered the speedometer calibration tool from rough country (should be here friday) after going from 275/55r20 (OEM ORG A/T tires) to 295/60r20 "hybrid terrain" tires. Now, everything I've read says that bigger tires should translate to your speedometer reading higher than what...
Sound is definitely subjective - I was of the opinion that the stock setup was literally too quiet and I get it especially for the upper trim levels FCA wanted a quiet, insulated ride. It's by no means a drastic enough change to the opposite end of the spectrum but I'm of the opinion the...
So I can attest to this somewhat - I've noticed that FCW doesn't throw nearly as many false alarms after new wheels/tires as it used to but on occasion will still let me know I'm cutting it a bit close. Though there was one recent occasion where I felt like it should've gone off but didn't - I...
Such is life...I originally told my wife I was going to straight pipe the truck and she said no. The morning I was leaving, she asked where I was going and I said "muffler shop" and her reply was "I thought we agreed no straight pipe, you're a d*ck" - I went anyway. I ended up NOT doing the...
you'll def still hear the magnaflow setup from inside on startup in the mornings (I do) but it just won't shake the house and your neighbors won't hate you esp at 5am lol
Agreed. And to think, I was originally going to go with a straight muffler delete but opted against it. Decided my wife/infant son would probably not appreciate it and I certainly don't want to be that guy in the neighborhood.
I installed 295/60 on my truck a few weeks ago and am not experiencing these issues. Agree - dealer has no idea and is going with the lowest common denominator.
Hey all, like many others here I felt the stock exhaust left something to be desired. That said, I had the magnaflow 11229 muffler welded in place of my OEM muffler over the holiday weekend and I gotta say, I think it sounds perfect (should've sounded at least like this from the factory)...
I unfortunately moved from a fairly gun friendly state (VA) to one of the most unfriendly (MD) so no more ccw/firearms in vehicles for me. That said, very similar stuff others have mentioned: multiple flashlights, power inverter, handheld electric air pump w/spare battery & charger, fire...
Hey all, finally got wheels and tires mounted up last night and I'm happy to report that 295/60r20 tires fit on my Limited w/ORG. I'm running Atturo Trail Blade X/T tires and Ultra Hunter 203BM wheels in 20x9 -12mm. The tires are a bit louder (as expected) and "bouncier" than the stock Falken...
Anyone know if any retailers or sites will be having discounts on tonneau covers? I need to pick one up for my rambox Limited (preferably lomax or bak).
I'm in the market for a direct fit muffler and have gone back and forth between the myriad of the options available (carven, all three of B2's offerings, flowmaster outlaw, flowfx, etc) and have come to the conclusion that I want an application that has no drone whatsoever since my truck is our...
