The trim pieces to the left of the shifter have nothing behind them, use a step drill to drill the proper size hole.

I don't think they've made it for the public. I think it's just for that concept truck. Hopefully they make one in the future.

Yea sounds like you didn't use the funnel under the passenger seat. Newer vehicles use a 2 "door" setup in the fill neck.
