Josh @avondale. Or parts dept........ 2 cans of PWD laquer and 2 cans of clear laquer. (Remeber I did purchase a new header primed ready to paint). The black one as pictured before was 7 coats of plasti dip.
So anyone else question the fact these wheels painted inserts are more of a granite crystal match as apposed to just doing black? Just bugs me a little... but my wife says I will complain about anything to get new wheels.
Tilted glass in furthest position, extended tool slowly behind with paper towels to protect the surface of trim. Then just twisted pry bar and they popped out.
Another project is done. The tool picture I used to brace the entire mirror from behind. No cracked mirror from either side. Shoutout to Josh @avondale for coming through once again.
Gotta say....was at the dealership yesterday and saw a new granite crystal rebel that just came off the truck. I would have bought it over my ivory laramie. Nice truck and I agree with the "reddish color".
