Wont matter. I have been using 87 since day one. Recently did a 6000km trip and used 89 to see if my fuel economy changed (it didnt, nor did power). Once i got into the US i wasnt paying attention and filled up with 91 and 93 octane a few times (our pumps are 87, 89 and 91 left to right). Didnt...
An intake is an intake. Doesnt matter the brand. The throttle body can only flow so much air intake the engine. Spending $1000 on a take for the 5whp true gains you will get isnt worth it
Mine was fine for the first winter season and then half way through the second, thats when i had issues and once its starts having issues, it wont stop.
Not sure about the fuse but the plug is on the left side, behind the front bumper. It has one of those safety clips you gotta pull back before you press and pull the connector off.
Buying a $67,000 truck to replace your other $65,000 truck that had issues and having issues with the new truck will do that to you. Should have listened to the wife and bought a Denali
Its the same system as the old one. My 2016 was close looped with nitrogen. In the winter the bags leak and once the nitrogen is depleted it brings in outside air from behind the tail light. That air has moisture and freezes up the valves. Its why i traded my 16 in for my 19 with no air ride...
It rides smoother when it works correctly. It will automatically lower itself to normal ride height if you are in off road mode and hit city speeds and then will lower more to aero mode for highway.
If you live in Canada or northern states where it gets snow/cold in the winter, i suggest...
I was thinking that after I left the dealership after already paying for it. Curious of how much it actually effects anything. Apparently suppose to improve fuel economy. After a 6000km trip, i dont really feel like going for a long drive without it to find out if it makes things worse or not.
Already did that. I went to the deaer about the ac about a month or so ago. The part for the ac is on back order. Even tried getting it while i was in vegas but the closest one was in utah. As for the air dam i was hoping i could just buy the bracket but you cant. Ordered the whole unit...
Made it home yesterday from our trip. Just over 6000kms total. Would have been alot better if the a/c system worked right. Got “cooler” air when i turned it on and by cooler i mean about 10* lower then ambient temp. Could only run it for about 15-20mins a a time, otherwise it would blow hot air...
So heres something new lol. So like many others my truck lacks proper ac temps and dealership ordered the bolt? For the condenser but its back ordered. Anyways, im on a trip from Edmonton AB to Las Vegas. Being 40*c i toss what little ac i had on and within 40mins it started shooting ice out...
Well the wife, son and I are getting ready to drive from Edmonton to San Francisco to Las Vegas, total distance down is 4057kms with a shorter more direct route home of 2407kms. Decided to clean/wash and detail the interior and exterior. Also topped the tank off with 89 octane, normally go with...
Really wish there was more ways to select your routes on the nav system. Heading down to las vegas from edmonton, ab on friday and wanna take the coast, go through San Fransisco and eat at Neptunes Net. Had to add in a crap load of way points to stay on the coast. Wish I could have just...
Theres 10’s of thousands of faulty air ride suspension equipped rams across canada and the northern states. Dealership told me that fca sells more rams with air ride in california then all of canada and northern us, combined. So thats why they wont do **** about it. The day i brought my ram in...
