Just looking at your pics--- again just a guess but see XY331A and XY310A There are paid/subscription sites, ex. AllData... but as far for cost ??? Get friendly with a local shop and you might get lucky with needed info.. -=FM45=-

The standard courtesy system in the Ram uses halogen bulbs, the upgrade Led system uses three wires to power the 2 led package. --- one for courtesy the other ambient.. -=FM45=-

The led light and wiring part numbers should be good to go for all DT's , the only part number is going to change is the handle... because of color and if it has the chrome insert.... Mine is BlueSteel w/o chrome, I can post that number if it helps any member... -=FM45=-
