Dealership took care of it for me on my '21. At first, they called and said the same thing to me. That it was only for '19 and '20's. I told them per the tsb it's weather dependent and doesn't do it all the time. I told them I understand why they won't do it, to please order the parts and I...
Your truck looks fantastic! In the end did you just do the lift? No added spacers, no ORP springs, etc?
Would you mind grabbing a quick measurement, from the ground to the bottom of the wheel well in the center. Better yet, if your garage door opening is 7ft, can you fit in?
What model/options was on your truck stock? Bighorn vs Laramie (fender flares will give a different measurement). Rebel vs Offroad Package vs Non ORP 2wd vs 4wd.
Be happy to help if my truck matches up.
Looking forward to more pictures. Love the bronze. I'm also, eyeing these struts as well. Would love to see a picture straight on from the side and a measurement up front, ground to the bottom of the wheel well.
That conversion would make the ReadyLift kit a 1.8"ish lift spacer and the Daystar a 2.2" ish.
Motofab, just called me back. They didn't give me an exact measurement, but the gentleman I spoke with said a 2.5" lift spacer should measure just over 1.5" tall.. Using your conversion...that...
I called Readylift and confirmed with them, the spacer included in there 2" kit is the same in the 3.5" SST kit. This would lead me to believe the Daystar space is indeed a 2.5" spacer. Unless the Daystar spacer compresses a little under the weight of the vehicle.
I don't believe there's an offset that won't rub. Everyone here has done some sort of modifications to the innder fenders and/or little mudflap to correct the rubbing.
While trying to decide what lift I'm going to run, I've also gotten myself pretty confused.
So here's some measurements. My caliper is not very precise. It's a cheap harbor freight one but it's not to tell the story. Each picture is in Inches and MM.
Below is a Daystar 2.5 in front 1"...
Plenty of people...just search the tire you want to see.
