Double check module part you got its definitely different then 19-20. Mine swap works with no problems. I got this: 68472372AE RADIO. MULTI Media. 1 $910.20 and in my situation I didn't have to wait even 15min for everything to work.

Did you do ECU reset twice? And VP4R_Update folder can be in root USB dir or files from that folder?

Did u used alfaOBD to program? What I would do is go back to previous settings, connect old screen. Make sure everything works ok. Then disconnect battery, replace screen, connect battery, hook up alfaobd, program like in description, turn off truck, lock wait(in my situation was 10-15min) urs...

I would try connecting without jumper cable. But that would be me. I'm not sure if this is not gonna mess up your system.
