I’ve been very pleased with the Equalizer 4-point WDH.
Had 10k/1,000 lb with my old TT (31’/7k/850 lb) and then upgraded to the 12k/1,200 lb with my new TT (33’/8k/960 lb)
Distributes weight back to the front axle very well and does good with sway prevention/control.
It’s only able to move the truck one-half of a single tire rotation.
Engine torque overruns the BSG output long before 2,000 rpm, it does nothing under heavy loads.
5300 lbs dry / 7000 GVWR is a good size and should work fine with a properly dialed in WDH
Those are the exact dry/loaded weights of my last TT, it towed very comfortably.
The air suspension only reduces payload by ~35 lbs, not hundreds of pounds
Setup/adjustment of the WDH with the air suspension can be tricky.
Take your time.
I prefer bars over chains for WDH
1,643 is your actual payload not 1,750 lbs. Disregard the chart #’s. Still a solid number

7,500 lbs TT will be too much
If your factory towing capacity was 11,180 lbs that means you have 1,280 lbs of payload.
Remember GCWR is 13,900 lbs for 3.21 with stock tires. Your braking and handling is greatly reduced with 37’s.
I agree with suggestion above to weigh the truck for a...
