Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

Snapped a 5/16 punch will all the weight off. Almost killed myself with a spring compressor. Scratched up the coils pretty bad, and stretched a hole a little. Im done for the day. If the blow they blow. Running at around 15-16 degrees static as is. Alas.

Too bad too, looks nice 😂

Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

Yeah, no idea how. I used the same tool with my icons and they're a 13" 650lb spring. Ugh. Did some more measuring and they're absolutely too high. I had about 2 inches of down travel and the passenger side is resting at 26" from the hub to fender. Off to get a new tool and pray I don't have...

Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

Thanks for the additional pictures! I spoke with Accutune and they said going from the 450lb spring to the 550lb spring(both 16") wouldn't impact the amount I could preload. No clue why it's so extreme. I'll look at backing it down a few turns today. I do know with the 550lb I had to use a...

Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

Thanks, sir! I appreciate you taking the time to post that. Yours definitely looks a bit less severe than mine ended up. Did yours settle any or stay about where you set it?

Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

I'll run it for a few days to see if it settles a bit before cranking it back any. I'm running JBA UCAs with high-angle joints. No weird noises or vibrations so far, just seems very steep. I'm measuring out at around 25.5" hub to fender which falls in line with some of the 3.5" Readylift...

Fox 2.5 dsc 2-3" cv angles

Anyone able to post a Pic of theirs? I dropped mine in today, set at 1.5" of exposed thread or 1/2" more than factory settings, and my angles look pretty bad. Wanted to compare with anyone running the kit at full height. I had new spring put in due to the diesel and I'm wondering if that...

Icon 2-3” 2.5 VS IR coilover kit

I have the icon 2.5 setup on mine with cdc front and rear. It's a good ride. Very plated and predictable. At setting 1 with supporting mods is pretty dang plush while maintaining control. I do have upgraded sway bars, bushings, links, and control arms. That being said I have the fox 2.5 cdc...

Mopar number for rebel front seat cover?

Yes. Everything gets pulled apart to recover. No way to do it in a factory fashion without removal. 4 bolts and a couple clips. Very simple removal.

    Trans tune corrupted PCM

Yep, same code. Then when dealer flashed it didn't match my pcm tune version and I had to send it back. Thing lit up like a Christmas tree and wouldn't shift to park unless I pulled the battery and reset it.

    Trans tune corrupted PCM

Must be their new process. I have their original tune and trans tune and at the time they required hptuners for the trans. That's how I ended up with hptuners before I made the switch to GDE. I've never heard of a bricked tcm from a flash, but there's always a chance! Usually it's simply a...

    Trans tune corrupted PCM

They reflashed it and I was good except it didn't match my tune version for the pcm. I'm guessing you're on GDE with the pg3? I had to send mine back to them for pcm conflicts as well once my dealer flashed the tcm. Part of why I keep an hptuners backup for load failures.

    Trans tune corrupted PCM

The first time I had it towed to the dealer. While I waited without my truck at the house I figured I'd give hptuners a shot if there was a next time since it doesn't verify version matching between the pcm and tcm. So, the next two times it did it I ran the hptuners backup file I'd made...

    Trans tune corrupted PCM

I've run into a tcm flash issue with the pg3 twice now. Both times it did a partial flash and then wouldn't complete a full flash due to "mismatch" with the ecu, which isn't the ecu, but you get the idea. Shut down the truck and couldn't drive it both times. Hptuners can run a complete...

HOW TO: Add 360 Surround View Camera System

    1) rear guidance lights are a BCM limitation. A 21+ bcm may fix this, however I haven't been able to get a dealer to commit to doing the programing. I'm not sure if a slave bcm with Jimmy's harness for the digital rear view mirror would help or not. Haven't tried that yet or asked? 2) try...

HOW TO: Add 360 Surround View Camera System

I have them on my 2020 that came with regular power mirrors. You'll be fine. They're just expensive and require some extra steps from where you're starting.

HOW TO: Add 360 Surround View Camera System

Yes. Bolt right up. You will need a new door switch and a few alfa changes to get the power fold to work, however.

Catch Can for the ecoDiesel without throwing codes?

Take a set of side cutters to them at the pinch point, but do it sideways. Or even a PEX clamp tool set to cut will snap them right off. Assuming you have no intention of retaining them....

    Rearview Mirror Camera Relocation

It uses a standard fakra cable. You could put the camera about anywhere you want if you create the bracket for it then buy a longer cable. Couldn't find it quickly but there is a guy on the hdram forum that made a mount and put one on top of his topper. There is also a dual input mirror...

Catch Can for the ecoDiesel without throwing codes?

I've got about 800 on mine in the last week and don't see it in the can yet. I'll give it a bit longer and report back. I cleaned out the hose and barb off the intake tube when installing so it'll be interesting to see if it's accumulated any residue at the junction. Before, every time I pulled...
