    Rear Window Leaking

Thank for this information I am sitting at the dealer now and they are water testing it as I write this. I have asked them about a loaner and will see what they say.

    Rear Window Leaking

I didn't know we weren't guaranteed a loaner under the warranty ! I did not get the truck at my local dealer where I take it. I have been in about 12 times for issues under warranty and am tired of sitting there, this issue may take a while to diagnose and fix so I will ask them for one today.

    Rear Window Leaking

What is the dealer/FCA responsibility to me if they have to keep in for days or weeks ? I live alone and have no ride to take me home, the dealer stopped shuttle service because of covid.

    Rear Window Leaking

I have an ARE cap but I called them-- the one in Raeford. The guy said they just got 60 caps in and had no room for storage BUT he said they would come to my house take it off and then come back and put it on for $ 200.00 total. Anyhow I had set this up with friends today and it worked out...

    Rear Window Leaking

Yes, I agree, got the cap off with help of friends, it goes into the Ram dealer Wednesday. It wasn't that hard. I am NOT putting the cap on for a long time until I am 100% sure it's not leaking.

I agree I have 16 months left on the warranty and time flies quick these covid days. I am not letting any issue go unresolved before my 36 months is up.

    Rear Window Leaking

I tried that as a temporary fix - no good. It would have to be fixed under warranty anyway to be covered.

    Rear Window Leaking

Yes can't do it - not enough room -without removing or at least sliding the cap back - which I can't do at the dealer.

    Rear Window Leaking

This has become a major boondoggle. The dealer that put the cap on won't do it so now trying to find another who will. My first Ram and my last Ram.

    Rear Window Leaking

Well I can't get to the window or light with the cap on the truck so I have to get the cap dealer to remove and remount the cap. I'm sure that won't be cheap. Really regret getting this clunker now.

    Truck showing incorrect outside temperature

My advice is this is one issue you should write off as un fixable. Maybe the next model.

    Rear Window Leaking

Well it was a matter of time - I have been checking all my windows for leaks and found one the other day at the very top corner of the rear window on the passenger side. There is no crack (yet) that others have posted about. The problem is I have a fiberglass cap on the truck and I know the...

I had a new A/C and heater module installed 3 weeks ago - part number 08193001 . I'm not sure what this part is or does but it has not been hot enough for me to test it. I'm not holding my breath.............

A few possible mods, which to do??

Leave it stock, donate the money burning a hole in your pocket to the local dog rescue, much better spent.
