100k miles on a set of the factory double platinum plugs is non-issue. They are designed for that. That mileage is based more on the spark plug manufacturer suggestion, than any RAM engineer. Will not hurt to change early, not at all, but it also won't benefit you in any way

A 33 will fit just fine. Being 12.50 it will hang a little lower, but no issues with cranking it up into place

Throttle body doesn't have anything to do with your oil. Sounds like maybe you need a new PCV valve. Do you make a lot of short trips?

Do NOT do that. As long as you have done regular oil changes with synthetic oil, it's not needed, and will chase excessive wear
