Update, Dealer found that the ECU overheated and shut down per error code shown on diagnostics.. Typically response: we can’t duplicate the problem, vehicle is running as like vehicles, if the problem happens again we might have to look at replacing the ECU

Same issue here, a/c blows out of the defrost vent and fogs window , dealer said “ we can’t duplicate the issue” . This is a wide spread problem and Ram needs to formulate a fix and a recall. I favor a complaint to NHTSA

Might want to investigate Lemon Law

The only way it will get fixed is to drive it to the dealer WHILE IT IS FOGGING the window so they can’t say “we can’t duplicate the issue “

I went with Tecoom mud guards from Amazon, they are a perfect fit and the quality is good.

UPDATE, Went to dealer today per Connect case manager for the latest update, my radio was up to date. Star case was called and the result is this crazy answer from them " This is a normal condition. this is set to 15 so the driver can hear the call or Nav if equipped.The volume can be changed...

Might be time to explore the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, this covers a lot of problems not repaired under warranty.
