Yes ride quality is better (softer) than it was with the Fox shocks in my opinion. I also had the ORP springs with the Mopar lift so I don't know if that contributed to a stiffer ride or not. My Fox shocks were shot after about 20k miles on them.
I had Bilsteins on my 4th gen as well and I...
First video 100% sounds like a cracked manifold or broken stud. I've had my exhaust manifold replaced 3 times now for cracks, I know that sound anywhere. Get it in ASAP before your powertrain warranty expires.
Did you ever have the infamous rear window leak. Is it possible water got under your rear seat somehow? Just a thought. I kind of remember reading something about other members having water damage to their e-torque system.
If you order the Hellwig 7883 it comes with adjustable end links for 2-4" of lift. If you want to get the most out of the sway bar I would recommend getting the longer links for your lift.
No TSB or recall on this issue yet. If it's the manifold you will only really hear it on cold starts. Once the manifold warms up the tick goes away for the most part.
Service department should be able to diagnose this issue pretty quick if they are any bit competent 🙄.

Purchased these from BuiltRight. They are convenient for most small safety items and easy to access. To many items to list but I carry most of the basic road safety items. Don't forget the toilet paper, ya never know when nature calls.
Not sure what I will do after warranty. I'm close to being past my power train warranty and I'm sure the drivers side will go again soon so guess I will decide then. Maybe trade it for a HD lol.
I also had both replaced around 26K due to cracks and the passenger side is cracked again at 57k 😡. No timeline on when the new manifolds will be in. Frustrating to say the least.
Anyone else running Kenda Klever RT's and having issues keeping them balanced? I'm running 35X12.5 and only have about 5k miles on them and get a bad shake at highway speeds.
