    DT Service Manual

:poop: I guess I will hold off ordering. What a beating!

Every Song Starts with a Static/Skip Sound Playing Music off of iPhone

Yes, I have this exact problem. But I haven't researched to see if there is a fix for it or if others are experiencing the same. I did try using a different cable (went from USB port to USB-C port), but still have the same issue, so it's not the cable or a specific port.

    Choosing Best Tonneau Cover

Didn’t seem like a big deal to me either. It was just one of the factors I considered in my decision. I do have a buddy who’s using a BAKflip (mx4 I think) on his Tacoma, and he said it did slightly rub the paint leaning against the cab. Probably depends on the truck model as to whether that can...

Sad day girl pulled out she didn’t see me

Very good advice. Check the diminished value claim laws in your state. Here's an article on the subject: https://www.carprousa.com/How-Do-I-Collect-My-Diminished-Value/a/377

    Tonneau Covers

Hi RebelGoose. I would definitely ditch that cover. Prices on these things vary quite a bit. I went with the Undercover ArmorFlex. Very heavy duty and 5-year warranty. But they tend to run ~$1,000. https://undercoverinfo.com/undercover-armorflex

Cool! Yes, the Bakflip MX4 was the other one I considered. Looks like you got a great price!

    Choosing Best Tonneau Cover

I love it! I haven't driven through rain yet, but did take it through a car wash, and didn't see any sign of a leak. The true test will be driving through a proper Houston rain shower. It's pretty heavy duty, and it doesn't lean against the back of the cab when fully open. Here's a couple of...

*UPDATE* $250 Rebate on ALL New Rams

My purchase date was 5/4/19. I submitted my application for the rebate on 7/17/19. I just got notification today that my application was approved by the manufacturer and I would receive my check in 8-10 weeks from today. So there may be a little flexibility on the 60-day requirement. Thank...

A/C performance during this heat wave

I'm in the camp of not noticing any issues with my AC system, but I get that it can be subjective. Still, I'm usually pretty sensitive to underperforming AC systems, as I can't stand the system that's in my wife's BMW X5. The one in her car is terribly ineffective here in Houston. By the way...

    New Laramie Owner in Houston

Leather-trimmed seats were a must for my wife so we took care of that need. And I do LOVE the ventilated seats being in Houston in the summer!

    New Laramie Owner in Houston

Hi PorBoy. Things like parking sensors. I thought those would somehow be standard on the Laramie tier...just didn't pay enough attention. Also maybe blind-spot monitoring, or HD Radio on my Alpine system.

    New Laramie Owner in Houston

Hello everyone! Finally getting around to my new member post. I bought my 2019 Ram Laramie in May. Love the truck so far. It's my first full-size truck (owned a 2008 Tacoma for 10 years). There are some things I may have done differently, but I honestly did not research much at all, making...

    Choosing Best Tonneau Cover

Had an Undercover Armor Flex installed today. $1,050 installed. I think it retails for $1,029, but you can probably get a discount to bring it under $1,000 if purchased online. These are pre-salestax prices.

    sun shade recommendation

Found a $5 bill (figured that would work)! I'm guessing they want you to measure the width, not the length. Width looks about 5", length looks like it could be 9-10".

    sun shade recommendation

What options determine whether you have a 10" or 5" sensor. Pretty sure mine is 5" as i don't have the safety features, but haven't measured.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

MSRP $48,615 Paid $44,800 Got $3K more on my trade than they first offered, but definitely got swindled overall. Laramie, 4x2

    Dealer Mode on 8.4” non-Nav!!

This sounds like a very important update to our non-NAV 8.4" radios if it is indeed resulting in better sound and Car Play responsiveness. Others have already noted that owners of these radios got "short-changed" by FCA not including HD-Radio as advertised. So, in this case, I wonder if you...
