    Rear window surround crack.

I have the same mentality on the repair, man. Obviously the cracks are unacceptable, but if a replacement leaves me with damage to the surrounding parts and the possibility of another leaking window in xxxx miles, I’d rather just seal it myself and deal with the crack. Finally noticed mine at...

Off Road Springs On Standard Suspension

Anybody put ORP springs on their standard suspension? I see a lot of guys using them with the Mopar lift and sometimes reporting a lousy ride, but haven’t come across anyone that’s simply swapped springs. I’m looking to just swap the front for the 1” to reduce the rake a bit. Basically wondering...

what are you going to do with your"Stimlius check"?

Since my wife went contingent at work and we had a kid, that qualified us for the money + $500 for our daughter. We have no lost wages, in fact I’m working overtime, and city I work for is considering offering a stipend based on the nature of my job. In no way does it feel appropriate to be...

    Orp spring part #s

Did you install them on a stock truck, or in addition to a lift?

    Limited with sport hood?

Hahah not a bad idea! Hopefully we’ll start seeing used ones go up for sale soon. It’s just really hard to justify spending well over $1000 after paint when some guys are straight up trading

    Limited with sport hood?

Bummer. Best I’m able to find is $695 shipped, and that’s only for the hood and bezels.

    Limited with sport hood?

Bringing this thread back from the dead, as it has a lot of info regarding sport hood pricing. What's the cheapest you guys are finding these hoods these days? It appears the list price is substantially more than shown on the first page of this thread.

Calling all Diamond Black Crystal Owners!!

Your best defense against scratches/swirls will be proper washing/drying techniques. Read into the two and three-bucket methods with grit guards, then safe drying techniques. While ceramic coating will help, there really aren’t any miracle products to prevent damage after you get your paint...

Olive Green-Colored 2020 Ram 1500 Models Are Now In Dealers:

yeah not feeling it with chrome bumpers and silver wheels. Night edition would definitely look clean. I wonder how close this is to F8 Green.

    What else in your garage?

Super jealous of a lot of these toys... ‘19 Yukon SLT for the wife. Dropped the rear 2”, 22” reps, de-chromed, and black Denali grill. Not my garage in the photo however!

In what month did they first start producing the 5th gens?

Mine was April 2018. I’m at 21k miles without a single problem, which is irrelevant to the conversation. I do believe actual production began in mid-January, but I could be wrong

    Which one?! Help!

Totally missed your negotiated price! That’s not bad at all!

    Which one?! Help!

I’d say the Big Horn man. Helps that it’s tastefully done up too. My only reservation would be the price, as many of us have paid that or less for brand new trucks. But I suppose it depends if you view the mods as added value. Either way good luck and congrats on the kiddo!

    $$ Lessons Learned

I think the OP is aware 33s won’t cause any fitment issues. Sorry to hear about your troubles man! Glad you caught it early though

2020 Sport - My First Truck

Welcome man! Love the Sport trim you guys get over there. The 22s and sport hood without fender flares is such a clean look.

    Loudness problem

I couldn’t stand the base system myself, so I swapped out the dash 3.5s for some Kickers, disconnected the ANC, and added a Kicker Hideaway 8” subwoofer. Left the doors alone. Night and day difference for minimal effort/cost. There are a few threads with a good variety of different upgrades guys...

ORG add just 1” to front

I suppose you could buy two 1/2” spacers, stack them, and put longer bolts in. Not sure on the safety of that route though. https://www.amazon.com/WULF-Front-Leveling-Spacer-Suspension/dp/B07HGL1ZZ5 or swap your springs with non ORP springs, then add a 2” leveling kit. Again a ****ty option...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Sorry to hear about your disappointment man! Certainly been there, and it takes a few days for the irritation to wear off ahaha. As for the Wulf spacer...is the actual spacer 1/2” or smaller, netting 1/2” of lift? It looks to be exactly what I’m going for to reduce the rake slightly.

Connect subwoofer amp with 8.4 screen and 6 speaker system

For those just looking to add a small sub, one would assume you could just do a line out converter using one of the rear speakers for a signal right? Followed by most likely disconnecting the ANC from the sounds of it.

    Leveling Kit

Looks good man. So I know guys typically measure each fender to assess if it’s level, but has anyone placed an actual level on the bed or window trim? Especially with the 2.5” kits, I always find myself thinking it’s nose-high with the way the body lines sit.
