You say you're looking at a limited. Beware the low payload of the limited with all the bells and whistles. Look at the numbers vs what you really plan to use it for.
It's "on" all the time and will activate given the right driving conditions unless you set your gear limiter to 8 using the paddle on the steering wheel to deactivate. You can go in the settings and turn on the ECO light which will tell you when MDS is active. See the video posted above to find...
Very nice. Sounds like you've got a great plan. I have no doubt you'll exceed the rebel's capability since some of that difference in price is going to be luxuries and options you won't end up buying. Im talking heated seats, dual zone AC, upgraded display. But all the better if you dont need...
Hmmm that throws a bit of a wrench in my plan to go up to that size. I wonder if a 285/60R20 would fit stock (33.5"). And no i dont want to install a hypertech or RC to adjust it.
My stock tires are 32". Id like to go to a 275/60R20 which is 33" so this is an issue for me. Are they saying they have an issue because the actual physical measured tire height is less than 32.5"? If i remember right the Star case had them measure the true tire height instead of using the...
My dad's got chrome bumpers on his 2019 Laramie. There's one decent scratch/dent on the front and a few small rock chips on the rear behind the wheels, all rusting. Seems relatively fast for a relatively new truck. Anyone else have this issue?
I've got the sport package with Nexen Roadian HTX. I plan on running them until I need to replace them with an A/T. I like the ride and gas mileage, but has anyone used them in the snow? I live in WI, but as long as they're OK I'll just deal with it. Don't offroad and really just want A/Ts after...
Thanks, I read up on some other threads too. Insane the dealer cant do this. They sell a Mopar 2" lift, are you supposed to keep the same tires???
Not worth the additional size to me, guess I'll stick with the 275/55R20.
If you use a strap with a metal hook on the end for recovery and it comes loose or breaks, the hook becomes a projectile launching straight at the other vehicle. Recovery straps should have loops at the end and attach to a shackle/D ring or open tow hook on the vehicle.
Yes you'll need a shackle. Ill state the obvious and say dont attach a strap with a hook to it.
The loop has got to be stonger than a regular hook right? But if a hook worked for the previous gen then im not sure.
I guess I don't see a scenario in which the regular horn wouldn't do the same job. Normally I'd say if you like it then it's your money but this is one of a few things that can annoy or scare other people and maybe not even the ones cutting you off.
What is the point of this? Just to scare people? I feel like if you just like the sound you'd have to drive like an ******* to use your horn enough to justify it. I drive in a medium sized city and use my horn like once every few months.
