Don't rule out the starter, I had that happen to me and the truck was only about a year old at the time.

Looks good, I may be a bit biased as I have a Bighorn Night Edition and mine are tinted a bit from the factory. I also had my 3rd brake light tinted to match the tail lights.

Any body shop or decent detailing shop should be able to remove them for you
