Mine isn't wind noise so much, like on a windy day. Mine is road noise coming in the cab, but similar to rolling down a window. I've never had the air circulation on, so not that.

"how did they deal otherwise"---The Ram was purchased in Ca 11/29/20 and was $34K plus TLD, about 13% below MSRP. The Cherokee we just purchased 10/29/21, MSRP was $44K, ( sunroof & bunch of stuff ), they gave a $2K dealer discount, 0 dealer fees, plus $4250 other discount, plus 0% financing...

" They all ", is a little too inclusive. My 21 Ram had no dealer fees and we just bought a 21 Grand Cherokee and no fees on it. Different dealers but both in So Cal. Maybe Cal doesn't allow it?

What is the perforated area around the mirror and the edge of the windshield? Is it in the glass or on it? And do they tint over it or up to it? Thanks
